Information you submit

Our consultation form collects your name, business name, email, optional phone and website, industry, and the details you choose to share. Please do not include sensitive personal information or customer records.

How we use it

We use submitted information to review your business inquiry, assess potential service fit, and respond about the requested consultation. The form does not enroll you in automated SMS marketing and does not reserve an appointment.

Storage and service providers

New inquiries submitted through our embedded form are processed and stored by GoHighLevel / LeadConnector, which also supports inquiry notification and acknowledgment emails. Earlier inquiries may remain in our website’s hosted database. Our hosting and form providers process information to operate these services. We do not sell information submitted through this form.

Retention and requests

Inquiry details are retained while evaluating or managing the business relationship. To ask about access, correction, or deletion, email info@outhail.com with “Privacy request” in the subject, including only the information needed to identify your original request.

Demonstration and calculator

The HVAC demonstration uses a fictional business and an embedded GoHighLevel / LeadConnector chat widget. Names, email addresses, messages, and appointment details you submit may be stored in that service to operate the demo and respond to your request. Demo bookings can create calendar and CRM records and send confirmation emails. No technician visit or actual HVAC service is scheduled. Please use only your own contact details and avoid sensitive information. Calculator inputs update the estimate in your current browser session and are not submitted with your inquiry.

Before service begins

Client automation deployments require separate agreements covering the scope, permitted data use, access controls, communications permissions, and applicable third-party services.
